Tim Bell
General Superintendent – South Division

Tim has spent his entire career in multi-family construction and has experience in all product types including apartment, student housing, senior living and high density wrap / podium projects. He was promoted to lead project superintendent at age 27, and has been successfully managing projects ever since.

In addition to his project related duties, as General Superintendent, Tim is involved in overall company leadership initiatives related to the field including maintaining operational consistency among projects, quality control, safety, issue resolution, and mentorship of our field teams company-wide. His highly motivated and goal oriented approach make Strategic a better builder.
