Now operating as Strategic Construction

Since we opened in 2002, our valued clients, partners, and friends have known us as FCI Multi-Family. This name is synonymous with our reputation and experience as a regional leader in multi-family construction. We are proud of the hard work of the many talented people that have made us successful from our corporate home in Houston. 

In 2014, we opened an office in Dallas-Fort Worth operating under the name Strategic Construction. Led by former key executives of an ENR Top 200 general contractor, this office has allowed us to better serve clients in the North Texas area. It has also diversified our services into commercial construction, with ongoing and completed projects in retail, office, automotive, banking and religious institution sectors. 

As we look forward, we have combined our two operating divisions to create one seamless, service-oriented team under one brand, and mark this milestone with the decision to operate exclusively as Strategic Construction. We are the same company with the same expertise and track record for performance that you have come to know and trust. We are simply branding for the future so that our name is commensurate with our combined services and philosophy, as we keep pace with the increase of mixed-use development and more diverse communities where we build.
