SCOTT POLAK
PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Scott provides senior leadership to Strategic’s multi-family project management team and is directly responsible for multiple projects and clients. He oversees all buyout, scheduling, budgets, quality control, and makes sure that all projects exceed client expectations. He also implements company and project controls, while managing and mentoring project managers and field staff.

Scott graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Construction Science in 1999. He has project management experience in multi-family and commercial markets and has been with Strategic since 2004. His team-oriented approach and communication skills make him an asset to every project.
