ROBERT PARTIN

Robert is the founder of Strategic and ultimately responsible for its operation and success. His knowledge, reputation and long-standing relationships drive the company. He is actively involved in the oversight of all company pursuits and ongoing projects, and provides valuable mentorship and insight to Strategic’s executive team.

Robert graduated from the University of Houston in 1972, earning a BBA with a concentration in Accounting. He started in construction as a laborer during college. Since 1970, he has worked in virtually every position including field superintendent, accounting, estimating and management. He has successfully managed and completed over 50,000 multi-family units in 14 states. As the founder of Strategic, Robert built the company from the ground up, to its current position as a regional leader in multi-family and commercial construction.
