Lewisville Retail is a repurposing project of a previous carwash location. The project is a conventional steel structure, accented with 80% masonry, EIFS, 10’ storefront, drive-through window and building canopies with standing seam roofs. The primary tenant is a Potbelly’s Sandwich Shop.
