Jeff Pengelly
Project Manager

Jeff manages projects out of Strategic’s DFW office. He works closely with the client and project team to make sure projects are completed per client expectations. He splits his time between the office and project locations to coordinate between executive management and field leadership and ensure successful project delivery.

Jeff served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 – 2010 and came to Strategic from a construction company he founded in 2011. He has managed projects in the multi-family, retail, education, medical, laboratory, and technical facilities sectors.
