Mike Dixon
Director of Construction

Mike oversees all field operations for Strategic and serves as an intermediary between field supervision, project management and executive leadership to ensure support and accountability. He identifies project challenges and collaborates with clients and design and construction teams to achieve resolution for the benefit of the project. As part of his leadership role, Mike also manages all quality control and safety related functions of the company to promote compliance and consistent best practices. 

Mike graduated from Northeast Louisiana University with a B.S. in Construction Management in 1986. He has several decades of construction experience in a diverse array of markets, including multi-family, industrial, commercial and petrochemical. He has focused exclusively on multi-family construction since 2004, including garden style and high density wrap and podium projects. His diversity and leadership are a great asset to the team.
