Boulder Creek is comprised of 400 living units with amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool and garage units. It is minutes away from The University of Texas at San Antonio, the well-known La Cantera Shopping Mall and the Fiesta Texas theme park for residents to enjoy. The Boulder Creek site was challenging in that it had more than 60 feet of topography, a bridge, and was a primarily rock surface.
